While this rate can reach 50% even for high quality belts, it can reach 70% for lower quality belts. For this reason, you cannot detect the correct tension in the belts by feeling. According to a study, in an experiment with more than 200 maintenance personnel, only 1% of the participants were able to tension the belt correctly in tensions performed with the \"Feel\" method.
