Our Projects
Our revision project, which has been revised from pneumatic drive to servo motor drive with eccentric rotation and remains faithful to its original design and occupational safety. The production capacity of the machine, which was 30 strokes per minute with pneumatic drive, was increased to 180-200 strokes per minute, exceeding the figure promised by the original manufacturer. A special purpose cartesian robot system that completely dampens the fluctuations on the sheet metal and the writing and reading problems caused by the vibration created by the press with this new design, which makes fast and accurate writing and then checks the accuracy with reading.
